THE Nigerian government on Friday, June 4, 2021, suspended the operations of Twitter in the country. The announcement was made known by the Minister of Information, Lai Mohammed via Twitter saying Twitter's actions are capable of undermining Nigeria's corporate existence.
This comes after Twitter deleted the President tweet on Wednesday.
