NIGERIA Afrobeat singer, Seun Kuti, has shunned the proposed "walk of peace" plan by the Governor of Lagos State.
Following the report submitted by the Lagos State panel on the ENDSARS, Gov Babajide Sanwo-olu had called for for peace and harmony and proposed a "walk of peace" inviting several celebrities which included the music star.
Speaking to Channel TV, Seun Kuti made it known that he won't be walking with the Governor.
"I don't need to walk with the governor before there is peace in Lagos. There has been peace in Lagos for years that nobody had to walk for it. It is the thing that we need to sort. And to sort it now, only justice can do that. And we all know that there is no place in the world without justice."
"The governor should walk the walk he is talking about by bringing about justice. The governor is not an embodiment of justice, Seun Kuti is not an embodiment of justice, Falz is not an embodiment of justice, Mr Macaroni is not an embodiment of justice also," he added.
Apart from Seun Kuti, popular instagram comedian, Mr Macaroni, has also made it known that he won't be walking with the Governor.
