Logos Olori claims to be brain behind Davido's “Unavailable”

The artist, who is signed to DMW, a record label owned by Davido, disclosed he was the originator of the song, which took place in Ajah, Lagos, while his colleague, Peruzzi, wrote the verse.

SPEAKING in an interview with OAP Dotun on Cool FM,  Nigerian artist, Logos Olori claims that he is the mastermind behind Davido's Grammy-nominated hit song "Unavailable."

The artist, who is signed to DMW, a record label owned by Davido, disclosed he was the originator of the song, which took place in Ajah, Lagos, while his colleague, Peruzzi, wrote the verse.

Logo Olori said on Cool FM: “Unavailable was nominated for the Grammys. We did that song somewhere in Ajah: myself, Magicsticks and Ragee. And Rihanna said that was her best song of 2023.

“I wrote the song; Peruzzi wrote the verse. After we made the song, Davido said he wanted the verse to be changed, so he called Peruzzi to do the verse. But I actually came up with the idea of the song. We did a bit of tweaking; that’s where Musa Keys and Peruzzi came in.”

The hit song came from the "Timeless" album, which was officially released on March 31, 2023, through Davido's label, Davido Music Worldwide. The song
"Unavailable" became Davido's first entry under his name in the U.K. Singles Chart, debuting at number 60.
