TALENTED music artist, Davido, who has been nominated for the 2024 Grammy Awards, has revealed that his daily prayer is to bring the award home.
The “Unavailable” crooner has been nominated in three categories for the 2024 Grammy Awards, which are Best Global Music Album, Best African Music Performance, and Best Global Music Performance.
Davido, speaking in an interview with GQ, noted that he does not want to be only nominated for the award but prays to also win the prestigious music award.
He said: “Everybody knows what one of my prayer points is now. I have been nominated for three Grammys. So, everybody knows what I am praying for every day I wake up.”
Davido will be contesting with various top artists across the three categories. The artists include Burna Boy, Susana Baca, Shakti, Bokante, Asake, Ayra Starr, Tyla, Arooj Aftab, Silvana Estrada, Béla Fleck, Falu, and Gaurav Shah.
