WARNER Music South Africa record producer CKAY has officially had his hit song "Love Nwatiti" certified Gold in the United States of America.
The Nigerian singer got a gold plaque that was issued to him to prove the achievement.
In the US, a record is certified Gold when a record moves the equivalent of 500,000 copies via streaming and raw CD sales in the country.
This is coming just weeks after the record was certified Gold in the UK and France, and also made him Africa's biggest artiste on Spotify.
Ckay is enjoying the reward for his dedication and hard work as he has now been very much booked for shows and tours, some of which include Inversion Fest and Afro Nation concert.
