GRAMMY award-winning act, Burna Boy is set to perform at the 2023 Champions League final kick-off show by Pepsi set to take place in Istanbul on June 10, 2023.
UEFA took to Twitter to announce the decision to bring the “Last Last” crooner to headline the show, which would be performed at Istanbul’s Atatürk Olympic Stadium, as millions of fans from across the globe will be able to watch the performance.
The tweet reads, “Big news! @burnaboy will be performing at the Champions League final in Istanbul alongside another amazing headliner! Search #PepsiKickOffShow to find out more...”
Reacting to the news Burna boy commented: "As a huge football fan myself, I know it doesn’t get any bigger than the UEFA Champions League! That's why I'm so excited to be performing on the Pepsi MAX stage at this year's final.
"Music and football are the ultimate combinations, so you already know I'll be bringing the vibes and making magic in Istanbul. The world ain't ready for what we have in store!”
The UEFA Champions League Final Kick-Off Show by Pepsi will air in over 200 countries and territories globally, just minutes before the kick-off between the clubs.
