Asake is Nigeria's most streamed artist

The list showed the top Nigerian artists with the most streams, which boast big names in the industry, such as Burna Boy, Davido, Seyi Vibez, Bnxn, Omah Lay, and Olamide.

GRAMMY-nominated artist, Ahmed Ololade, popularly known as Asake, has been named Nigeria's most-streamed artist on all platforms with over 600 million streams.

The list, which was released by Nigeria's only aggregate chart, TurnTable Charts, ranked the YBNL record star as the most streamed artist on music platforms, which includes Apple Music, Boomplay, Spotify, and YouTube.

The list showed the top Nigerian artists with the most streams, which boast big names in the industry, such as Burna Boy, Davido, Seyi Vibez, Bnxn, Omah Lay, and Olamide.

The top 10 most streamed artists in Nigeria in 2023 include Asake - 654M,  Seyi Vibez - 533M,  Davido - 328M, Omah Lay - 301M,  Burna Boy - 282M,  Zinoleesky - 231M, and Mohbad - 227M.

Others include BNXN - 214M, Olamide - 204M, and Kizz Daniel - 201M.

img_1450Asake's highly Asake's successful sophomore album 'Work of Art' is what contributed to the high streams as the album contains hit songs such as 'Amapiano', '2:30', 'Basquiat', and the record-breaking NO. 1 song 'Lonely At The Top'.
