THE "Take it Back Movement" under the hash-tag Revolution Now, yesterday in Iyana Ipaja and Egbeda areas of Alimosho Local Government began a sensitisation process towards two protests coming up shortly.
The first protest will take place today, Saturday September 5, on Zoom by 4pm while the next protest will be on Nigeria's Independence Day, October 1st.
The convener of the Take it Back Movement and an aspirant for the Presidency of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Omoyele Sowore, disclosed this in a statement.
According to Sowore, yesterday's sitting was to gather around in the neighbourhood and discuss the type of future the youths desire to see.
Sowore said: "Gather around in your neighbourhood, band together and discuss the future we want, we can’t continue like this!"
