Residents of Abeokuta Street in Alimosho Local Government Area are living witnesses to the dividends of democracy, as the street drainage and road construction commenced recently.
The street located in the hearts of Iyana Ipaja, when completed, would help to ease off the ever-busy traffic at Iyana Ipaja.
The Leader of the House, Honourable Hameed Obadina said: "I am happy to be a part of the development story of the people of Abeokuta Street. It is indeed a welcome project".
The project includes road and drainage construction on the Iyana Ipaja axis.
