In fulfilment of the promise made by the current administration led by the State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on new roads, transformers and borehole water to 377 wards in Lagos State, Remi Akande Street transformer has been delivered.

This is in line with the promise that Ward E of Alimosho LG will be provided with a new transformer alongside with installation at Remi Akande Street.
With this new development, the people of Remi Akande, Ganiat Alayaki, Isiba Oluwo among others in Ward E, who had been having power issues for the past 15 years, will now experience constant power supply.

The Councilor of Ward E, Hon. Abayomi, praised the Governor for bringing his promise to reality in good time.
The project, as well as the ongoing drainage and road construction at Ashabi Ajaigbe Street, being handled by the Lagos State Public Works Corporation, are expected to be completed in eight weeks.
