THE Executive Chairman of the Alimosho Local Government Area, Hon. Jelili Sulaimon has received a Good Service Award in recognition of his relentless service to the people of the council area.
Information reaching Alimoshotoday stated that the award was presented on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, by the Senior Special Assistants (SSAs) to the Chairman at their maiden End of Year party, which took place at the council Secretariat, Akowonjo.

The award was received on behalf of the Council Boss by the Secretary to the Local Government, Hon. Dare Ogunkoya, who appreciated the SSAs for their efforts and love for the Chairman, as well as the LGA.
Hon. Dare affirmed that the party is the first of its kind and a sign that the SSAs are progressive and their appointment is not a mistake.
Also present at the event was the APC party Chairman in the Alimosho LGA, Hon. Tosin Fatoki, who also received an award for his excellent services to the party members.
Other personalities who graced the occasion include the Supervisors for Health, Works and Agric, Youth and Social Development, Hon. Abolade Ademola, Hon. Isaac Olaniyi, and Hon. Goke Sosanya.
Also in attendance were the CDC Chairman & APC Alimosho leader, Ven. Adetunji Adewuyi, as well as the CDC's first Vice Chairman, who doubles as APC Alimosho leader, Alhaji Kazeem, among others.
