FOLLOWING the affirmation of the success of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the February 2023 election by the Supreme Court of Nigeria, the Executive Chairman of the Alimosho Local Government Area, Hon. Jelili Sulaimon, has joined millions of Nigerians and lovers of the President to celebrate.
In a statement released for publication, the Council Boss said President Tinubu, without doubt, won the election, and those dragging him are aware of this; they only want to see if there is a possibility of using the backdoor.
He added that President Tinubu has now made it clear both popularly and legally that he is best for the very high position in all ramifications. And this he has proven through his political goodwill, his academic qualifications, and through the required intelligence to move this country to the next level.
The Council Boss consequently stated that all of President Tinubu's laudable plans, which have been showing a sign of positivity despite all the court distractions, will now be displayed undisturbed and in no time move our Nation to the path of glory and success.
He then prayed for the President for sound health and lots of energy to move the country forward beyond what he originally planned.
Recall that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu was announced by the INEC as the winner of the 2023 Presidential election, and since then, the opposition has challenged his victory at the Tribunal and later at the Supreme Court. President Tinubu came victorious at the Tribunal and now at the Supreme Court.
