THE Executive Chairman of the Alimosho Local Government Area, Hon. Jelili Sulaimon, has commenced the rehabilitation of Vincent Street, off Alimosho Road in the Akowonjo area of the LGA.
Information reaching AlimoshoToday stated that the road, which got worn out as a result of continuous use, is one of the most important vehicle-way in the vicinity considering its proximity to Alimosho road and the Lagos-Abeokuta expressway.
Similarly, Vincent Street links Alimosho Road in the North, Alimosho areas in the South, and the Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway towards the Northeast, giving it a very huge economic importance.
The project has received an initial palliative, which will be followed with a proper rehabilitation within the four-month project duration.
