THE Executive Chairman, Alimosho Local Government, Hon Jelili Sulaimon, today received the representatives of the Lagos Neighbourhood Safety Corp (LNSC) in his office.
The representatives, led by the Divisional Commander Ikeja Division, CCS Oshinfade Olusegun Victor, appreciated God for making the Chairman victorious in the last local government election and his consequent swearing-in. He stated that the LNSC is happy to have him in office for a second time and hope for a more cordial relationship channelled toward moving forward.
He added that some changes have occurred in the rank of the Corp and it is necessary that the changes are made known to him. A file containing all necessary information about the distribution and activities of the Corp including the identity of the Commanders, Deputy Commanders and the admin officers of each LGA/LCDAs in Alimosho Federal Constituency was then presented to the Council boss.
In his appreciation remarks, Hon Jelili Sulaimon thanked the Corp members for their efforts and advised them to be up-and-doing in their activities as he believes that better days lie ahead. He added that if the Corp can recall vividly how limited their operations were in the past compared to how it is presently, they will admit that the future benefits and opportunities are definitely going to be more than they can imagine.
Sulaimon concluded that he will at all times be readily available to give them all the supports required to do their jobs effectively.
