THE executive members of the Community Development Committee (CDC) joins the tens of well-wishers of the Executive Chairman, Hon Jelili Sulaimon yesterday in paying him a congratulatory visit for his re-election.
The CDC, led by its Chairman, Chief Aluko, appreciated God for seeing the Chairman through the last administration and still gave him the chance to contest and win the second time.
Aluko also implored the seating that continuation of the CDC monthly meeting should be looked into in order to ensure proper growth and development of the CDAs.
The Council boss, in his reaction, appreciated the visit and promised to ensure the quick resumption of the CDC meeting.
He added that continuation of all uncompleted projects shall remain the government's priority. He consequently requested the support of the CDC on tackling security challenges.
In attendance were all CDC executives, all colourfully dressed.
