THE Executive Chairman, Alimosho Local Government, Hon Jelili Sulaimon, yesterday, received the Baale in Council led by High Chief Akibu Adebowale - the Baale of Orisumbare who doubles as the Chairman of Alimosho Baales.
The visit which was centred on congratulating the Chairman on his second term in office was also used to discuss other essential issues like completion of projects such as the Health Centre in ward B and the construction of Bammeke Road, hike in land use charge, provision of Baale in council vehicle among others.
In his response, the Executive Chairman appreciated their visit and promised to ensure that all uncompleted projects are taken care of in due time being the priority of the government as the new administration rolls in.
He added that all other matters mentioned, which may not be the direct responsibility of the local government, will be communicated to the appropriate quarter for immediate action.
He promised to give the welfarism of all Baales the attention it demands and stretch his good hand to the family of Baale of Mosaku who died some months back.
The Baales appreciated his response and promised to give him all the supports he needs to excel.
In attendance were the Baale of Orisunbare - High Chief Akibu Adebowale (Chairman), the Baale of Bammeke - Chief Isiaka Ademola Bammeke, the Baale of Jaiyeoba- Shasha - Chief Bisiriyu Taiwo Hassan, the Baale of Iyana-Ipaja - Chief Isiaka Popoola Ayanwale, the Baale of Shasha Ilupeju - Chief Jacob Oye Ajibola, the Baale of Abule-Awori Chief Monsuru Adeyemi Olukosi and the Baale of Ketu Shasha - Chief Nojeem Ramon.
