THE National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Egbe-Idimu local branch, has held a strategic meeting with the legislative arm of the Egbe-Idimu LCDA.
Information reaching Alimoshotoday states that the purpose of the meeting was to appreciate the support of the legislative arm towards the successful inauguration ceremony of the new Executives of the Association, among other discussion.
The group also discussed collaboration with the Legislative to organise a programme for the youth and students to educate them about the activities of the Legislative system, the proceedings of the Hallowed Chamber, and the functions of legislators in the community.
The leader of the house, Rt. Hon Abdulateef Abidemi Rufai, on behalf of other legislators, pledged legislative support and promised to collaborate with the council at all times.
