The Administration of Egbe Idimu LCDA, under the leadership of Hon. Kunle Sanyaolu Olowoopejo (KSO) fpa, has rehabilitated two major roads in the Egbe-Idimu that were once a nightmare for people in the community, particularly vehicle owners.
The roads are Akeja Road, off Muslim College, Authority Avenue off Palace Way and Oguntoyinbo street, Egbe. The roads were finally fixed and now motorable for users.
Alimoshotoday.com visited the areas to have the reaction of the people in the areas. One Mr Kolawole, a teacher, said "Sanyaolu is a man of his word and I am not surprised. I would have been surprised if he didn't help us repair our road, even disappointed".
Segun, a student of Muslim College: "They tried (Sanyaolu's team), but I want them to help us pay for our WAEC".
"They should pay for our WAEC, don't worry, we will pass." Akeem, another student added.
Before we visited the laudable fixtures and just after they were fixed, a spokesperson of Egbe-Idimu Council gave in an official statement, "As promised during the electioneering period that the dividends of democracy remain our utmost concern and we shall continue to provide that".
