THE Executive Chairman of Egbe-Idimu LCDA, Hon. Kunle Sanyaolu Olowoopejo (KSO) has condoled with Hon. Kehinde Joseph (Member, Lagos State House of Assembly, Alimosho Constituency 02) over the death his mother.
According to reports, Hon. Kehinde Joseph's mother, Deaconess A. A. Joseph, died in the early hours of Thursday, May 12, 2022, at the age of 102.
KSO, in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Comrade Olakunle Oyejobi A., described the late Deaconess Joseph as a woman of virtue who inculcated in all her children, the spirit of godliness, hard work and honesty as exemplified by the qualities of Hon. Kehinde Joseph.
He stated further that despite the fact that the matriarch died at a seemingly ripe age, her children and close relations will still be in despair because she had gone with her wisdom and motherly care.
“No matter how old one’s parent is at the point of death, one will still mourn because nobody can play the role parents play in the life of their children and that is why at this sober period, we have to sympathise with our own lawmaker, Hon. Kehinde Joseph and the entire family on the loss of our Mama.
“For the Joseph family, it is better to celebrate Mama’s life rather than mourn her death because she had lived a good and fruitful life as exemplified in the children she left behind,” KSO said while praying to God to grant the deceased eternal rest.
