KSO commences rehabilitation of Pipeline/Pako bus stop

THE Egbe-Idimu LCDA, under the leadership of Hon. Kunle Sanyaolu Olowoopejo (KSO), has commenced the rehabilitation of the LASU/Iyana Iba Expressway, Pipeline/Pako Bus Stop in a bid to reduce traffic gridlock in the area.

During the reconstruction of the road on Monday, October 9, 2023, a statement by the KSO Media Team read: “Be rest assured of our usual dividends of democracy, and we strongly appeal for the pains we've all been facing lately.

“In 48 hours’ time, we will be done with the road, and it's going to be a smooth ride for all of us. Please bear with us.”6009

Meanwhile, commuters plying the road have been bearing the pains of the rehabilitation has commercial drivers hike their prices because of the gridlock caused by the construction. Egbeda-Iyana Iba was hike to N600/N700 from the regular N500, while Igando was N400 from the regular N300.
