THE Health unit of the Egbe-Idimu LCDA has shared some basic healthcare tips that are meant to rejuvenate the body and boost the immune system.
An online report that was made available for publication on Friday, March 24, 2023, by the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Health, Hon. Olubunmi A. reads; “Swimming enhances your memory, regulates your blood pressure, reduces stress, and aids blood circulation.
