ALIMOSHO Youth Development Association of Nigeria (AYDAN) has graced the annual graduation ceremony and widows day organised by the Matilda David Foundation which was held at the VIP Pavilion Event Centre, Idowu-Egba, on Tuesday, December 21, 2021.
According to information reaching AlimoshoToday from Hon. Taiwo Lasisi, the event featured the graduation of young Alimosho youth that were admitted as trainees into the foundation in January 2021 into various courses such as fashion designing, catering, shoe making, event decoration, graphics designing, and so on.
As part of the graduation package, each graduating student was given the necessary tools as well as start up capital for their business.
The ceremony also featured goodwill to widows as they were each given rice and cash gifts to help supplement the family's income, especially, during this Yuletide season.
Dignitaries present at the event include; Barrister Taiwo Afolabi, Chairman, Sifax Group; Chief (Mrs) Afolashade Afolabi, Founder, Matilda David Foundation; Hon. Kunle Sanyaolu Olowoopejo, Chairman, Egbe-Idimu LCDA; Hon. Taiwo Lasisi, Former Leader, Egbe-Idimu Legislative Arm; Comrade Ogungbade Lateef, President, AYDAN; among others.
