POPULAR Nigeria singer, Iyanya Mbak, has been appointed Senior Special Assistant on Tourism and Entertainment by the Governor of Cross River State.
The announcement was made yesterday with a memo indicating his name and 11 others who have also been appointed.
This is a big plus for the 34 years old artist who is known for his unique voice and dance move.
Iyanya rose to fame after winning the first season of Project Fame West Africa and is best known for his hit single "Kukere".
He co-founded the record label Made Men Music Group with Ubi Franklin in 2011.
