AN unidentified young woman caused chaos and confusion at the AP Ardova filling station in the Falomo area of Lagos state on Thursday, July 7, 2022, after stripping herself naked, grabbing one of the fuel nozzles, continually dispensing petrol, and threatening to set the station ablaze.
According to media reports, the yet-to-be-identified woman sprayed fuel on attendants, vehicles, and people who were in the queue. She was eventually subdued by a number of men who struggled to physically and bodily remove her from the scene.
They included a policeman and an officer of the Lagos State Transport Management Agency (LASTMA).
The woman, believed to be mentally unstable, was hurriedly carried away from the scene.
Calm was eventually restored after the workers used water to wash off the sprayed Premium Motor Spirit (PMS).
