A Nigerian Pastor, identified as Pastor Evang. Gospel Agochukwu has urged Nigerian Christians to increase the percentage of their tithe to God because of the current economic downtimes in the country.
According to media reports, Evang. Gospel Agochukwu, the Founder of Shekinah Arena Gospel Ministries in Port Harcourt, has claimed that an increase in tithe is needed to combat economic issues currently plaguing the country.
The pastor, who made the post on his Facebook page, claims that he currently gives 70% of his income as tithe; therefore, it is appropriate for other Christians to do the same.
