THE Member of the Federal House of Representatives representing the Alimosho Federal Constituency, Hon. Ganiyu Adele Ayuba has commiserated with the Lagos State Government and the family of Governor Sanwo-Olu's Deputy Chief of Staff, Mr Gboyega Soyannwo, on his sudden demise.
Ayuba, in a statement, said, "The news of the sudden death of Mr Gboyega Soyannwo, the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, met me with great shock.
"On behalf of my family, the Government, and the good people of Alimosho Federal Constituency, I extend my deepest condolences and sympathy to the Lagos State Government, the family, and friends of the demise, who sadly passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2024.
"He was a dedicated public servant whose unwavering commitment and contributions to the development of Lagos State were quite significant.
"May Almighty Allah grant his family and friends, as well as the Lagos State Government, the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss and grant his soul eternal rest."
"Accept my heartfelt sympathy."
During his time as the Special Adviser to the Lagos State Government, the Member of the House of Representatives had a good working relationship with the late Mr Gboyega Sayannwo.
