NIGERIANS are not finding it easy! Things have not been 'normal' since the introduction of the CBN's naira redesign policy which many feel is a clever move to enforce a cashless policy in the country.

The ever-increasing never-ending burden this has brought upon ordinary Nigerians is felt across all strata of the economy.

Just yesterday, Alimoshotoday reported how PoS operators now bank on cash scarcity to engage in 'daylight robbery' of their fellow sufferers. However, the banking system has not made it any better.

Alimoshotoday's reporter, who spoke to some customers of Zenith Bank Plc, could only imagine their frustration, as this experience as shared by the customer is similar to that experienced by other bank customers.

Narrating his ordeal, the young man, who said he has not been able to access cash for three days, decried the poor service of the bank.

"Since Tuesday, I have not been able to withdraw from my account. I was embarrassed when I went out yesterday to get food. I had bought it and was about to pay, but there was no service. I couldn't also make a transfer. I had to go to various PoS operators, but the slips printed showed a declined payment transaction. I can't even buy a card from my bank. It was frustrating for me because I had nowhere else to get cash. I was stranded."

The same is true of other customers who say the bank experiences serious network glitches which affect transactions, while others say most times, their monies are not reversed.
