YIEPAIC, Okun Alimosho to empower 5,000 Lagos youth with employability skills

YOUNG-ONES Impartation and Empowerment Program Africa International Conferences (YIEPAIC Lagos) in collaboration with Okun Alimosho is set to empower 5,000 Lagos youth with 15 different employability and sustainability skills that will prepare them for a sustainable future.

In a media chat with the Founder of Okun Alimosho, Mr Babatunde Adeola, he affirmed that the program is designed to empower youth with the needed employability and entrepreneurial skills that will make them successful either as employees or as employers of labour.

The free empowerment training program will run for six weeks starting from Monday, August 29, 2022. Trainees will be trained in skills like coding, photography, music production, music training, make-up, event decoration, barbing, and art and craft.

Other skills include content creation, sports, graphic design, social media marketing, tailoring, and hairdressing.

The training is targeted at youth between the ages of 14-40.
