TOYIN Peppeyo, aka Sisi Alimosho, on Monday, January 16, 2023, announced that the New Nigeria People's Party (NNPP) House of Assembly candidate for Alimosho Constituency ll in the Lagos State House of Assembly, Islamiyah Adebowale has lamented the belief of most Nigerians that money must exchange hands for votes to be given.
It was reported that Adebowale made this known while speaking at a political clinic organised by Yiaga Africa to equip women and young people interested in running for political offices with the skills required to organise campaigns.

Sisi Alimosho, on her part, has pleaded with the electorates to stop selling their votes and instead vote for the candidate of their choice.
“We must stop the act of selling our votes,” Sisi Alimosho educates electorates.
