THE Lagos West Senatorial District chapter of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) is set to present its Maiden Youth and Governance Symposium tagged ‘Youth and Politics: Active and Conscientious Involvement Towards Building a Greater Nation’.
According to information gathered by Alimoshotoday, the event is slated for Thursday, July 14, 2022, and is scheduled to take place at the Oranmiyan Hall, Lagos Airport Hotel, Ikeja Lagos by 10 am prompt.
The Keynote Address Speaker for the event is Dr Kadir Obafemi Hamzat, the Deputy Governor of Lagos State.
Panelists for the NYCN 2022 symposium include; Segun Awosanya (Segalink), Convener, EndSARS Reform Police NG; Rt. Hon. (Dr) Azeezat Yishawu, Speaker, Nigeria Youth Parliament; Dr Ibikunle Ganiyu Abiona, Lecturer, Department of Educational Management (LASU); Amina Atairu, General Manager, Rave TV; and Engineer Saheed Olusola Balogun, Senior Special Assistant to the Lagos State Governor on Science and Technology.
The Chief Host for the event is Hon. Mojeed Balogun, Chairman, Ikeja LGA, while the Distinguished Special Guest of Honour is Mr Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, Executive Governor of Lagos State.
The Mother and Father of the Day are Dr Oluranti Idiat Adebule, Former Deputy Governor of Lagos State and APC Lagos West Senatorial candidate and Hon. Segun Dawodu, Lagos State Commissioner for Youth and Social Development.
