AHEAD of Saturday's elections, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Monday, March 13, 2024, visited the Presiding Bishop of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, Bishop David Oyedepo at the church’s headquarters in Ota, Ogun State.

The Governor announced this via an Instagram post on Tuesday, March 14, where he said, “I paid a courtesy visit to Bishop David Oyedepo, founder of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, (Winners Chapel) and presiding Bishop of the Faith Tabernacle in Ota, Ogun State."

The visit to the Winners Chapel International leader followed another visit to Harvesters Church on Sunday, March 12, 2023.

After the church service on Sunday, the Governor stood at the entrance of the church where he exchanged handshakes with members of the church as they left for their homes.

A video from the church immediately went viral on social media, drawing tons of reactions from the public.

It is no doubt clear that these visits are politically motivated, as the Governor is in a tight position where he will be facing Labour Party's Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour on Saturday.
