Micheal O’s visit, which was facilitated by the Jesus Girls International, had food items, toiletries, hand sanitizers, and face masks, donated to the orphanage.
He explained that the gesture was carried out because God laid it upon his heart to give to the most vulnerable people in his community. The entertainer disclosed that he came from a poor family and, because of what God has done and for the support while growing up, is incumbent on him to give back.
He said that in these challenging and tough times, putting smiles on the faces of the underprivileged and the most vulnerable in society has become an urgent imperative.
“We cannot claim to love God when we cannot help to reduce the pains and burden of the needy in our midst,” he said.
