ELECTIONS 2023: Alimosho are we ready?

As you know, Alimosho LGA is the stronghold of the APC in Lagos State and what better way to show our power in Nigeria if we do not get our PVCs to elect our leaders at various levels?

WE are five weeks away from the much-anticipated 2023 general elections. In one way or the other, we have mobilised, overwhelmingly, for our APC candidates across the board. However, nothing will result from all our hard work over the past months if we do not get our Permanent Voters Card (PVC), which will ensure our participation at the polls.

This week in Alimosho, we received praise for our massive PVC collection rate which has amounted to about 8,000 per day. As you know, Alimosho LGA is the stronghold of the APC in Lagos State and what better way to show our power in Nigeria if we do not get our PVCs to elect our leaders at various levels?

As well, the deadline for PVC collection remains January 29. Accordingly, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has graciously given our civil servants four work-free days to get their PVCs.

Let us all go out to get our voters card as this will ensure the continued dominance of the APC in Alimosho to bring to our doorsteps, more dividends of democracy. Remember that only if you get your PVC can you ensure that the following persons hold key positions that will ultimately ensure our welfare:

Hon. Kehinde Joseph (Alimosho State Constituency 1), Hon. Lukman Orelope (Alimosho State Constituency 2). Others are Hon. Ganiyu Ayuba (Alimosho Federal Constituency), and Dr Idiat Adebule (Lagos West Senatorial District).

Also, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Dr Obafemi Hamzat, Lagos State Government House, and Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the office of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

With your PVC, you can make it happen! Get your PVC.
