COVID-19: NGO to distribute palliatives to challenged residents

Following the gradual ease of lockdown and the tardy nature of businesses to begin to flourish, Project Enable Africa (PEA) has made provisions for a special category of people in Alimosho local government, Lagos State.


Following the gradual ease of lockdown and the tardy nature of businesses to begin to flourish, Project Enable Africa (PEA) has made provisions for a special category of people in Alimosho local government, Lagos State.

The announcement was made yesterday, August 4, 2020 and the guidelines and procedures are considerably straightforward.

With the largest population in Lagos State, Project Enable Africa (PEA) is currently reaching out to families and communities in Alimosho. They have reached 954 families and 32 communities of people living with disability.

Palliatives provided by the PEA are foodstuffs such as rice, beans, garri, vegetable oil, spaghetti and tomato paste, including cash and hygiene safety materials.
