2.  SANWO-OLU INCREASES STUDENTS’ BURSARY, MAKES 4 APPOINTMENTS51a3ef28-a3f5-445e-be4e-3932435d48b6
Lagos State Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu has announced an increment in scholarships and bursary for students of Lagos State origin in tertiary institutions. He stated that his administration will henceforth pay N225,000 (scholarship) and N60,000 (bursary) as against the current N200,000 and N50,000.

3.  3-YEAR-OLD BOY BURNT TO DEATH AS FIRE RAZES BUILDING IN LAGOS8836
A three-year-old boy, identified as Micheal, was over the weekend burnt to death as fire razed a building in the Ejigbo area of Lagos State. According to media reports, the fire started from a lit candle in one of the rooms at 5 Olorunsogo Street while properties worth millions of naira were destroyed in the late Saturday night inferno, which caused serious tension around Ejigbo.  

4.  KAOKAB LAMENTS EPILEPTIC POWER SUPPLY IN NIGERIAkaokab
Ambassador Kaokab Ibraheem Aroworatira, an All Progressives Congress (APC) Chieftain from the Alimosho Federal Constituency, has seriously lamented the epileptic power supply in the country. The philanthropist has challenged the Federal Government and Minister of Power about the plans they have in place to solve the problems in the power sector, noting that their plans are becoming unrealistic, ineffective, and inefficient.
