1.  LASG OPENS ALIMOSHO MODEL CITY PLAN TO PUBLIC4122
The Lagos State Government has presented the document of the Alimosho Model City plan to members of the public for further comments as part of the process of finalising the ongoing review of the City plan. The planning document will be available at nine different locations, from Monday, February 19, to Wednesday, March 27, 2024, to allow the general public to give their comments on it.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has said that his administration is revolutionising agriculture to make Nigeria self-sufficient in food production and a net exporter of agricultural products. The President outlined plans to bolster agricultural productivity through various initiatives, including the expansion of farmlands, the provision of low-interest loans to farmers, and investments in irrigation infrastructure.

The Lagos State Government has described the crossing of major highways in the State by pedestrians as an offence, adding that any defaulter caught will be prosecuted.

The Governor of Lagos State, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has flagged off a N750 million financial intervention scheme tagged ‘Lagos Market Trader Money’ for 15,000 beneficiaries on Wednesday, February 14.
