1. IGANDO-IKOTUN PARTNERS PEPSICO TO CONSTRUCT WATER AID PROJECT IN IJEGUN SCHOOL6608
The Executive Chairman of the Igando-Ikotun LCDA, Comrade Akinsanya Lasisi Ayinde, has commissioned a water aid project at the Ijegun Community Primary School.  The project was in partnership with the PepsiCo Foundation to provide clean water and decent toilets for over 700 schoolchildren in Lagos State.

4.  KAI DISLODGES TRADERS, DEMOLISH STALLS AROUND IGANDO-IKOTUN SCHOOLS6562
Officials of the Lagos Environmental Sanitation Corps, also known as Kick Against Indiscipline (KAI), have dislodged street traders and illegal stalls built around the perimetre fences of some schools in the Igando-Ikotun LCDA of the Alimosho LGA.

5. FUEL PRICE TO BE REDUCED IN COMING DAYS – IPMAN ASSURES NIGERIANS4814
The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) has hinted at a potential reduction in the pump price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), commonly known as petrol, in the coming days. This new development may be attributed to the recent influx of PMS imports by the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC).

6. DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: 340 HUSBANDS BEATEN BY THEIR WIVES IN ONE YEAR – LASG6513
The Lagos State Government has reported that at least 340 husbands have been beaten by their wives in the last year. Vivour-Adeniyi disclosed that 340 male reported incidences of domestic violence perpetrated against them by their wives between September 2022 and July 2023.
