THE Executive Chairman of Alimosho LGA, Hon. Jelili Adewale Sulaimon has wished the residents of Alimosho a happy new week, adding that relaxing in the face of challenging situations will ensure clarity of mind to tackle such situations.
In a soul-lifting note signed by the Chairman on Monday, March 7, 2022, he wrote; “When a new week starts, the body feels refreshed and the wish to achieve more is activated.
“However, as you run through the week, you begin to get weak. The workload, the yet-to-be actualised goals and assignments that must never fail begin to stare at you dangerously.
“At a point, you will wish to run away but remembering that it's your means of livelihood, you get more scared of running.
“Relax, you are in control!”
Jelili also affirms that how one reacts to a difficult situation will guarantee the ability to achieve better results.
“According to Charles R. Swindoll, “Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it.”
“Work on your reaction to matters, and you will be able to see clearly and achieve more,” he posited.
The council mayor also wished Alimosho residents a wonderful week devoid of difficult challenges.
