LIONEL Messi's representative, Marcelo Mendez has made it clear that Lionel Messi will not be moving to the North American club, Inter Miami.
The Argentine has a few months left on his contract with Paris Saint-German and rumours have spread that the player will be moving to Inter Miami to play the rest of his football career.
But responding to this on CNN, Mendez denied the reports, noting that negotiations are not even going on between both parties.
“It’s false, it’s fake news. There is no negotiation for Lionel to join Inter Miami next season,” said Mendez.
Well, this does not totally burn the option that Messi won't move to North America, as he had previously admitted that he would love to play there.
“I would like to play in the United States one day; it’s always been one of my dreams.” he had previously said.
