ALIMOSHO students have lamented that the two weeks revision period given by the West African Examination Council (WAEC) for their Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations (SSCE) scheduled to commence August 17, 2020, is not enough for their preparations for the exams.

AlimoshoToday asked exit class students in Doregos Private Academy and Krisbethel College within Alimosho Local Government whether the two weeks window was sufficient to prepare them for their upcoming exams.

An exit class student identified as Kehinde told AlimoshoToday on Tuesday that “two weeks isn’t adequate enough to prepare for our exams."

“We still need some classroom practice. Just video chatting is not enough to prepare for these important exams.”

Another student simply identified as Michael equally agreed that “the two weeks left ahead of resumption is not enough.”

Ohunene simply commented: “The two weeks we have to prepare for exams is not enough considering the number of months we have spent at home doing nothing.”
