Mosan-Okunola LCDA flags off skill acquisition programme for women

THE Chairperson of the Mosan-Okunola Local Community Development Area, Alimosho, Lagos State, Hon Princess Olabisi Adebajo has flagged off a four-week Skill Acquisition Traning and Empowerment Programme for women.. 

According to Adebajo, the programme is in accordance with the mandate of the Ministry of Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation (WAPA) in ensuring a way of generating income for our women.

The skills acquisition programme is an initiative of the Ministry in conjunction with Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation (WAPA), Mosan-Okunola LCDA.

The programme commenced from Monday November 23, 2020 and will end on  Friday, December 18,  2020.

In the Chairman's opening remark, she urged the participants to make good use of the opportunity.

She also added that the participants would be equipped after the training.
