GRAMMY award-winning Nigerian artist, Ayo Balogun, who is well known as Wizkid, believes that he has yet to achieve something major in the music industry.
The highly successful music artist still believes that the journey is just starting for him despite numerous awards, recognition, achievements, accolades, and stream success.
In an interview with BBC Radio 1Xtra, Wizkid said music, to him, is a forever thing.
He said, “The journey is about to begin for Wizkid. I don’t see myself as someone who has achieved something major yet. For me, music is a forever thing.”
Wizkid remains Nigeria's most-awarded artist with over 156 awards, which include one Grammy award, six MOBO awards, four BET Awards, 18 Headies awards, 10 AFRIMMA awards, and one Apple Music award, among others.
