#EndSARS: Egbe-Idimu council boss receives Lagos Auditor-General, briefs on extent of vandalism

The Chairman of Egbe-Idimu Local Council Development Area (LCDA) Honourable Kunle Sanyaoolu Olowoopejo on Tuesday received the team of the Lagos State Auditor-General in respect of the gross attack and vandalism meted on the Secretariat last month.
 
Recall that AlimoshoToday reported the visit of the Auditor-General to the Council yesterday.
 
During the visit, Honourable Sanyaoolu briefed the team of the Permanent Secretary/Auditor-General for Local Governments, Mrs Adesumbo Abolarin, on the attack.

According to the Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to the Secretariat, Comrade Olakunle Olajide, members of the Agodo-Egbe/Bolorunpelu Community Development Committee (CDC) in Egbe-Idimu were also present to witness the occasion.

The visit was to express solidarity with the council over the vandalisation of facilities and looting of properties that hoodlums made away with a fortnight ago.
 
The team prayed fervently that the Egbe-Idimu LCDA should rise again, that such an incident never repeats itself again.
