Lagos Schools Re-opening: Alimosho teachers, administrators undergo training

FOLLOWING the Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board, LASUBEB's expression of its readiness to resume academic activities, Alimosho Today has confirmed the preparedness of Alimosho teachers and administrators to that effect.

LASUBEB had said that it has completed a two-day capacity building workshop on post-COVID-19 and Classroom Management for its school administrators.

The training, which held virtually on Zoom, had an influx of both private and public school administrators, stakeholders, and teachers.

Some of the schools that participated in the Egbe-Idimu and Ikotun-Igando Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) include Olorunfunmi Senior Grammar School, Idimu; Community Senior Grammar School, Ikotun and Ikotun Senior Grammar School.

According to sources, the training could not accommodate all participants because of the limitation on Zoom.

There was, however, an assurance that the contents will be available on LASUBEB's youtube page for perusal by intending participants who could not be accommodated at once.

The training, according to the organisers, would still be on till next week.
