Ambassador Kaokab Abayomi Ibraheem Aroworatira (KK), has restated his commitment to ensuring a viable future for the youths of Alimosho Federal Constituency.

He made the pledge earlier today, during a media parley with the press.

In his address, he noted that our leaders has done well in their own capacity, promising that if elected into political office to serve the people, he would ensure that he lend his voice in building a better future, a future that builds bridges and bring people together.

“This media parley is important because it affords us the opportunity to evaluate our past, understand the present, and make projections for the future,” he said.

“If we look through our education system at all levels, there is a lack of quality and relevance in the curriculum.

“Many of the younger ones don't value education again. They don't want to go to school anymore and this sad picture makes me wonder about the kind of future we are going to have, when we know that education is the most powerful weapon with which we can change the world. This issue is the biggest albatross.

“The whole idea is that development is about those people at the grassroots. I am eager to play my part in making sure that our children have a level playing field with their counterparts in developed countries.

“I am in my youthful age and have worked with a lot of young people, I understand their plight, and I am committed to partnering with them to ensure that they live up to their potential.

“I have always championed youth-friendly programmes in various capacities to bring out the best in them, and this will not stop if I'm elected into any political office.

"I know the challenges would be enormous, the contextual factors would be daunting and the concepts perhaps would be difficult to disaggregate, but with faith, I believe success will be achieved.

"Join hands with me for we must ensure we rewrite such ugly trends and create for our people a life, a society and a system that guarantees their abilities to thrive and succeed. This is the future we must build", Kaokab added.
