Chelsea had opened talks with Sevilla on bringing the Frenchman to Chelsea this summer.
The only problem is the price Sevilla is requesting for the defender. Sevilla rejected Tottenham's offer and is asking for the sum of €70 Million.
On the other hand Chelsea are not willing to spend big for a defender this year but are willing to put a swap deal on the line.
Chelsea is considering offering Kurt Zouma €50M in cash for Kounde.
Sevilla would still have to convince Kurt Zouma to move to Spain and meet his €2.5m per season wage demands.
