THE Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), has released its nomination list for the Best Men Player of the Year 2022 which sees the likes of Messi, Mbappe, and Salah on the list.
The award ceremony, which happens to be one of the biggest sporting events awards, will see new names make the list while some regular names will, as usual, make it to the list. Surprisingly, Al Nassr's signing, Cristiano Ronaldo did not make it to the list.

The final shortlist of players is selected by FIFA-based standards on sporting performance, while votes are then decided by media representatives, national team coaches, national team captains, and the general public.
Each group gets 25% of the vote before a winner is announced from votes cast from those four sections.
