BAYERN Munich forward, Robert Lewandowski, will not be joining the Premier League despite Manchester City and Chelsea have both shown interest in signing him.

Lewandowski's agent, Pini Zahavi, had initially said Lewandowski was opened for a move as he is convinced Lewandowski wants one more challenge before he retires; however, recent reports suggest that the Polish footballer, who still has two years left to run of his current deal with Bayern Munich, will remain in Germany despite suitors from the Premier League.

Lewandowski is arguably the best striker in the world, netting over 100 goals in all competitions over the past two seasons. This included a record-breaking 2020/21 campaign where he scored 41 goals in the Bundesliga, breaking Gerd Muller’s scoring record in the process.
