NIGERIA'S eligible player, Micheal Olise, scored a superb free-kick goal, as Crystal Palace managed a 1-1 draw against title contenders, Manchester United at Selhurst park on Wednesday, January 18, 2023.

Manchester United had gone ahead in the first half of the game with a perfect finish from Bruno Fernandes, as they looked to end the game with all three points.

However, Crystal Palace did not give them a smooth sail, as Olise curled in a superb free-kick in the 91st minute of the game which had three minutes added time, to split the point between both of them.

Reacting to the goal, Premier League commentator and former Ipswich Matt Holland said on the Premier League world feed, "It's a moment of genuine quality from Olise. They (Palace) have been much better in the second half and they caught United on the back foot.

"But they haven't created too much. And it's taken something really special to beat De Gea. From a free-kick into injury time, Palace are level."

The 21-year-old former Reading player has now recorded two goals and four assists for Crystal Palace in his last 12 Premier League appearances for Palace.
