FORMER Manchester United attacker, Dimitar Berbatov has urged Manchester United to do whatever it takes to bring Napoli star man, Victor Osimhen to the Red Devils this summer.
Osimhen has been an integral part of the Napoli squad this season, resulting in their triumph in the Scudetto League.
Following his excellent performance, he has been linked with a host of top clubs in Europe which include Manchester United, Chelsea, Bayern Munich, and Paris Saint-Germain.
Berbatov, a renowned player, who won the Premier League title with United believes it would be a huge win, if the club can raise the funds and sign the Nigerian international.
“I think he should go! If United can find the funds to go for him then he should go. That striker is unbelievable in the way he scores in open play, his runs, and the way he finds space, especially inside the penalty box,” Berbatov told SPORTbible.
“So in my opinion, if United need a striker and I think they need the striker, they need to go for him," he added.
Osimhen is no doubt one of the best strikers currently, with the 24-year-old finding the back of the net 25 times and providing four assists in 31 league games for Napoli this season and is on course to winning the golden boots.
